Price is based on the number of sessions purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a brief phone, text or messaging discussion in regards to your personal health and fitness history as well as how I may assist you in achieving their fitness goals. Our first session includes you filling out a Health & Fitness History form and us further discussing your goals, limitations and workout history. I will provide to you detailed Nutrition Information and we discuss your current eating habits and I will give your tips on how it can be improved to help you achieve your specific goals. Your workouts are based on your fitness level as I will also educate your on proper form as well as what muscle group each exercise is working. Every workout will be different, incorporating effective training techniques, and will increase in difficulty as your strength and comfortability improves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal Fitness Trainer Certification from the International Sports Sciences Association, 1996, as well as continued courses. I taught Weight Training for 3 years at North Central Texas College.
