My pricing is based on the type of service, session length, and package size. I offer discounts for clients who commit to multiple sessions upfront or group training sessions. All prices are transparent with no hidden fees, and I’m happy to customize packages to meet individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by scheduling a consultation to learn about the your fitness goals, health history, and lifestyle. From there, I design a personalized training plan tailored to your needs and schedule. I also provide guidance on proper form and offer consistent motivation and accountability throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE-certified personal trainer with over eight years of experience. My certifications and ongoing education cover strength training, weight loss, mobility improvement, and general fitness. I also have expertise in designing nutrition plans to complement fitness goals.
