- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very easy. You DO NOT pay us a dime unless we win your case. We work on a contingency basis. This means you pay only if we win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our firm provides all of our clients a free consultation to discuss their case. We can travel to our clients if they have a difficult time meeting us at our office. We then gather all of the necessary paperwork and evidence to fight your case. Lastly, we contact the insurance company to put them on notice that we are legally representing you. This way they can no longer contact you personally, and they are forced to direct all of their questions to our office on your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from UCLA top of my class. I earned my law degree from a private law school recognized by the ABA in San Diego California. I am licensed to practice law in California. I have been trained in mediation and negotiation. This has always helped me negotiate with insurance companies to get the highest compensation possible for our clients. Lastly, I have had extensive training in several personal injury law firms throughout my career.
