We always offer a free 15-30 minute phone consultation to see what steps need to be taken for your specific case. Once details and the rates & hours are concluded, we will send you our Welcome Email, Invoice for Payment (& Payment Plan if necessary), and Retainer Agreement for both parties to sign. Our first step after the signing process is to have an in person or zoom meeting to talk game plan, what evidence and information is needed, how we will file your motion/paperwork, and what the hearing will look like.
