- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can work with an hourly or flat rate project fee, depending on the scope of work to be done.. We have Trade discounts for EVERYTHING! We pass on the savings and resources to you. Always below retail, even with our small % fee added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a sense of your goals, what you'd like to accomplish, budget, design sensibility first. If you don't know, we can help- thats what we are here for. We create floorplans, space plans, moodboards, and 2D & 3D renderings for clients to truly visualize what their space will look like. We then create the shopping list- we also offer field trips, where you can shop with us! Sometimes we do this after we've established the space plan, for clients who want to see/feel/understand the products and furnishings firsthand. We then order and install with a crew of installers. We handle all shipping/delivery and storage logistics for you. If there is renovating, painting, landscaping and more involved work, we create the schedule and establish a timeline with approved contractors/subcontractors and installers and any necessary permitting required. (This is all in a nutshell, of course!)
