FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Two people can do one session for the same price. You may inquire about discounts if we do 2 hours twice a week or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is on the mentally challenging side. Most clients are not there to enhance timing on one shot. I do not like to focus on one shot/technique the whole class, particularly for beginners. People need to learn how to hit all different angles in different positions to get a sense of the sport and why it is good to use one technique vs the other. I like when my clients can leave me feeling they have something to work on during their own time if possible because I have given them many things to consider and grow from there. My goal is not to have clients feeling slow progressions as a way to entice them to coming back, until they realize how helpful, insightful, and fun I may be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

This person has hired me as his right hand coach to run his nationally ranked junior program.
