- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge less than other designers because our overhead is lower. Also, we are not greedy, and we treat people the way we would like to be treated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have the client send me pictures of what's on their mind. This includes drawings, photos, Pinterest pics, & Internet links. I find out what are the most important aspects of their project, & their approx. budget. Then we meet in person. We make computer generated pictures for custom designs, or start making something by hand if desired. We communicate after every step is finished. It's a team effort, the client being the most important team member.

BA Degree from UCLA in fine art, including design
