- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I customize my services based on my client’s budget and needs. The most basic service I offer is a 1 hour virtual consultation to go through your closet and suggest how you should be dressed and shopping based on your body, color matching, and budget. For a middle tier option, for local clients, I offer in person shopping together. For virtual clients, I create different lookbook PDFs with clickable links to purchase the items/ looks. A more luxurious service, for example, is having the stores brought to you for an at home shopping experience with carefully curated items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an initial call to hear the clients needs and what they are looking to achieve from the experience. From there, I propose different services and options. Most clients will start with a virtual 1 hour session so we can further discuss their goals and preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Southern California majoring in Communication and minoring in Entrepreneurship. I started working for a stylist a month after I graduated college and have been working in styling ever since. I have assisted the top hollywood stylists and learned many tips and tricks along the way.
