Parents furnace went out. Have been very concerned about the gas smell that was coming from the air vents. I’m very happy Denis came to fix my thermostat. It turned out. The problem was with the transformer rather than the thermostat, so he fixed that. I was a little uncertain about communicating with him at first, because English is his second language. But he has a very good phone translator that worked well when we misunderstood something.
