I’m very happy Denis came to fix my thermostat. It turned out. The problem was with the transformer rather than the thermostat, so he fixed that. I was a little uncertain about communicating with him at first, because English is his second language. But he has a very good phone translator that worked well when we misunderstood something. At the end, we were able to joke with each other, and I decided to use him as my furnace maintenance person

Very responsive service!! Background: I ordered a google nest and paid for installation through google services. However, the installation was improper and caused hot air to blow all day and night. I searched for HVAC services and DZO immediately popped up. Denis responded to my request only minutes after my inquiry. He showed up to my residence 1 hour later and fixed the issue in just 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use these services. Thank you!
