I had a brand new washing machine that shook like crazy during the spin cycle. Arnold arrived promptly to address the issue. It appears my contractor did not remove the transport bolts and plug during the initial installation. Arnold removed the bolts and plug and within 45 minutes, the job was complete. I was advised by another Thumbtack member that a diagnosis of the problem and cost estimate should have been given to me before the work was performed. Arnold did not do this. Arnold only relayed this information to me after the job was completed. I don’t know what the ballpark labor costs are supposed to be for this type of service, but my invoice came in a little over $200. Overall, Arnold fixed the issue timely and professionally but I removed one star due to lack of notification of the actual problem and an estimate of the costs. I would still recommend Arnold for your appliance service needs.

I had to tell everyone about my recent, amazing experience with Rgent appliance repair! I was dreading the entire repair process when my washing machine went down last week. But my goodness, was I happily surprised! First off, the value was amazing. The guy that came out didn't just try to upsell me on the priciest solution. He provided me options and took the time to explain what was happening. He even demonstrated for me how to perform some basic upkeep to prevent further problems. How about exceeding expectations! In the end, the repair cost way less than I expected, and now I know how to keep my washer running smoothly. Then, let's talk about professionalism. This man truly was exceptional. He was really kind from the beginning and arrived on time, which is rare these days, let's face it. I was most impressed by his explanations of everything. Even though I'm not tech-savvy at all, he explained the issue in a way that I could comprehend. No condescension, just clear, patient explanations. But the best part? The quality of his work. It was obvious this guy knew his stuff. He worked as if he has done this a thousand times, and he rapidly recognized the issue. He took his time, handled my machine with care, and even cleaned up after himself. It's been a week since the repair, and my washer is running better than ever. Oh, and get this - while he was here, I mentioned that my dryer had been making a funny noise. He took a quick look, tightened something, and poof - problem solved. Didn't even charge me extra for it! I've had my fair share of bad experiences with repair services, but this one has totally changed my perspective. It's clear that this company values customer satisfaction and invests in quality technicians. If you're in need of appliance repair, I highly recommend them. It's refreshing to find a service that delivers on value, professionalism, and quality all at once.

We offer senior citizen, military service and return customer a discount upon request.

I graduate as marine engineer back home and when I come to this country I’ve studied to become a medical assistants and work for 3yrs I get bored. I start a business limousine company for a while and trucking 18 wheelers owner operator doing car truck repair but times go by I can’t lift those heavy work any longer so I use my Jack of all trades i help the guy in appliances repair for 3years and now I’m on my own.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve be in the business for quite some time and decide to run a business now we grow strong with handful of crews.
