This was the second time I've hired Frank. This time was for a rat issue in a tenant's unit. Frank came right out to set traps and seal up all in entry areas around and under the unit. He came back out today to check and remove what was caught. He's coming back out again in a few days to check again. Great job! He does nice clean work on replacing the outside vent screens. Thank you Frank! First time was for a raccoon issue I had at my house.
