This is my first used grand piano, not a very good one but useful. I called Eric to tune the piano. He was very patient to spend over an hour and he offered me discounts after the job was done. I would say Eric is very professional.

Eric was exceptionally thorough in tuning our "new" 100-year old piano. He wouldn't declare it finished until both he and we as clients were completely satisfied. He's clearly very dedicated and his passion shows. He's also been very communicative, and upfront about the costs. We'll definitely continue to rely on him for our tunings.

Eric did a super job. He showed up on time and took his time. He was very thorough and took the time to show me around the operation of my piano. I learned something. My piano never sounded so good. It motivates me to play more.
