Gerardo is such a gem! He's as personable and patient as he is knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have him on my "team" of trustworthy professionals I can call on for help. I'm a freelance writer, so I don't have my own IT department. I'm grateful to be able to reach out to him with issues, questions and concerns. I was a victim of online scammers last year, but now, if I receive something I'm not sure about, I ask Gerardo to take a look. For in-person visits pricing is Per-hour at an initial $90 for the first hour and $45/30min after the first paid hour. Most cases require at least 2 hours of work, excluding cost of spare parts or additional repair accessories.

Customers can contact us for several types of issues, from setting up a new device, to help them configure new features or Apps on their phones. We offer remote support as well as in-person support depending on the situation.
