- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For in-person visits pricing is Per-hour at an initial $90 for the first hour and $45/30min after the first paid hour. Most cases require at least 2 hours of work, excluding cost of spare parts or additional repair accessories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can contact us for several types of issues, from setting up a new device, to help them configure new features or Apps on their phones. We offer remote support as well as in-person support depending on the situation.
