- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Single 60 minute training sessions: $100 each If package options are desired, this can be discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is a way for me to not only gauge your starting fitness levels but for us to get to know each other! Fitness is long-term; it is essential for me to understand your life outside of training so we can work together to create a sustainable, efficient program to reach your goals. After this, I put together a program that lasts 4-6 weeks, depending on how you respond to the program. Every month or so, we reevaluate what has gone well + not so well, what you like + what you don't like, and potential skills you'd like to develop. From there, I reprogram for the next 4-6 weeks so we can continue making progress together (a process called periodization).
