My name is Gabriela and I just moved from the east coast this past summer to work out here. I’ve been in the makeup industry since 2019 and a licensed esthetican since 2021. I’m perfect to book for photoshoots, special events, film/tv and glam! I would described my makeup styles as soft, eccentric and comfortable. I pride myself in my ability to create quality work on ALL skin types and textures. I’m honest about what looks we can achieve together and I love being collaborative with my clients. Makeup is truly one of my biggest passions in my life and I love all the unique and incredible people I meet through it.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but after having Gabby as a makeup artist I knew I to come back and drop her a review. She is very communicative and responds in a timely manner which made everything run smoothly leading up to the event (wedding guest). I live an hour away from the Bay Area so looking for a makeup artist last minute (around 2 weeks before) who can come to my location is nerve wracking. But let me tell you all Gabby is amazing at what she does. I sent her photos of looks I was thinking of and when she looked at my dress she played off the color with the eyeshadows. I told her she had free reign to play up my eyes as I knew I wanted a smokey eye with color and glitter and YES Gabby delivered :) My face gets really oily and her touch up kit helped to keep the shine down. It was a very warm day so I was afraid of my makeup not holding up but by the end of the night it was still looking great. My photos start from when Gabby finished my makeup, after the wedding, and last after the reception. I am so glad I found her and I will keep her for future events. Oh and Gabby also did a cousin’s makeup last minute too when she heard I was getting my makeup done.

I couldn’t be happier with my makeup. I decided very last minute to get my makeup done & Gabriela responded right away and I am so glad it all worked out. She is so professional and kind. She makes it a great experience and she listens to all the little details that you like to have or not in your makeup. My makeup lasted all day and I al so glad I found Gabriela. She is AMAZING.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything included in my base rates are: Sanitiation, Kit fee, a little goodie bag as a thank you, travel (mileage,gas, parking etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to chat over the phone or text to get to know a little bit about you and have the chance to ask any questions about what you are looking for. I have all my clients read and sign a contract for makeup services that we agreed upon together. Depending on the makeup service I like to keep appointments around 1 1/2 per person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Esthetican since 2021, I’ve taken multiple makeup classes and demos through my jobs with Sephora and NARS.
