Some lights and electrical sockets were not working (screenshot #1). Juan Vivanco spent 2 hours and charged $160 for diagnostics. He said that there was some problem with electrical wiring from attic to mains. He sent a quote for $1000 to fix the problem (screenshot #2). I decided to get a second opinion from another electrician. It turns out that a GFCI had tripped. Just pressing the GFCI fixed everything. I asked him to refund diagnostics fee but he says that the money I paid was for some other unrelated problems (screenshot #3). Good thing I got a second opinion. Will never call Juan again.
