Karen was an excellent choice for my cleaning project, she was responsive from the jump and arrived on time and ready to work. She had all the supplies she needed and was friendly and prompt. She didn't rush through the job and did a detailed, efficient job yet i felt like it didnt take her forever to finish. Loved the little touches she added like in the bathroom.
