I had an appointment for Kevin to clean my carpet on Monday April 14 between 9:30-10:00 am. Kevin never showed up or contacted me. This is unacceptable. If I could give a minus rating I would. I moved all the furniture out of my living room firnhis convenience and not even a call telling me he wasn’t coming. I hired a different company and would recommend that nobody hire them.
