Great experience. The techician was right on time and actually recommended a solution that saved us money. We called about a faulty water heater that we thought needed to be replaced but he was able to repair it for a fraction of the cost and do a complete service. Would use this company again without hesitation, very professional, prompt and personable. Ver y pleased.

I called needing someone in 24 hours and he came within the hour to repair/replace toilet valve. Great guy, checked rest of toilets after he repaired (had necessary parts on his truck) and said all else was in good shape. Answered lots of questions about hot water heater, whole house water filtering, and other plumbing options. Good price given how much time he spent answering lots of questions. Highly recommend!

Drew came out almost immediately when I booked, and took an extraordinary interest in the work I needed done due to previous issues. He identified what the issues likely were, what he'd have to do to address them, and gave me a time frame. When he hit a snag on the job with drywall cut sizing, he worked to make sure no additional cuts were needed, despite the increased difficulty to the job, and still expertly got it done. When I was told I needed an automatic water shut off valve, while he was in the middle of a related pipe refit, he modified the job immediately for me, despite the extra time I'd just asked him to add last minute. Once the job was completed I was provided pictures of the work as I was away. He even took the time to source a weird sink faucet araitor and special order it for me. Rarely have I worked with such a friendly, knowledgeable, consummate professional. Rest assured that any time I have any plumbing work in the Palm Springs area, and for anyone who ever asks for a recommendation, I will 100% be using Service Flow Plumbing.

We strive to earn your business for life. After diagnosis of problem, we will typically provide different options based on repair and homeowners budget. If homeowner has multiple projects / repairs, we recommend to start small and let you see how we operate and work before deciding to move on to larger projects. Trust and mutual respect is always our goal through the entire process.
