I am undecided when it comes to my pool service so I did not hire Swim Safe Pool Care today. If I choose to hire someone to help me with my pool, I would definitely consider Swim Safe. They were the company that responded most quickly, and they were very professional.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and give you a free on-site water test and evaluation. No questions asked, it's free.. We check your water chemistry, equipment and basic pool system operation. Then offer some solutions and services for your Swimming pool needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be honest with the professional. This includes how your pool looks currently ( blue, green, cloudy ), when's the last time your filter has been cleaned and equipment checked or serviced, how much basic knowledge you have when it comes to your pools history. I've learned that almost every Pool is different and unique in its own way. Your pool isn't the same as someone else's. Give as much information on YOUR pool as possible and listen to their feedback.
