- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The message that we want our customers to get regarding our pricing is that we provide excellent quality and service for a very fair price. We want them to know that we will always use the finest quality products, and our prices always include multiple coats.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always meet with all prospective clients where I will go over the scope of work in detail. I will be clear, honest, and upfront regarding scheduling and how long the project will take. I will also assist them in color selection and samples, so that each customer will be confident in their selections.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my business education from Cal Poly SLO. I have also received on the job training as a painting contractor since 1991.
