Was on time, and thats always a plus. Arrived with right equipment for job. Tore down my pool house in no time flat. Removed all the materials/debris and loaded to his trailer. And even swept the area. Was able to work with me to stay in my budget. Great job and ill definitely hire him again for all my home jobs.

We used Chavez Demolition to tear down a large gazebo. They responded very quickly with a quote and were able to do the job the very next morning. They were punctual and very professional.
