- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client first reaches out to my team and I we hop on a quick call to discuss the event in detail to help provide a more accurate estimate and answer any questions they might have. We then move forward with signing the contract and start on planning for the big day! From the moment a client first reaches out, my team and I ensure that you are met with fast responses, efficiency, and most importantly joy!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients in many different locations! I have performed and coordinated weddings as far up north as Santa Barbara and as far down south as San Diego and everything in between. My team and I have gone to locations such as multiple venue halls, private backyard weddings, recreational areas Including a grove of sequoias, lakes and even nature centers!Where ever your event takes place, we will be happy to ensure it goes exactly as planned!
