- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are extremely reasonable, comparable to others in my line of business my work is not cheap but my prices are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first question I ask clients is about allergies especially about latex allergies. Typical Client Process: During our initial consultation, I assess your skin type (normal, oily, acne-prone, aging) to tailor services for optimal results. I ask clients to provide two preferred time slots if one isn’t already set. I also discuss any special requests and clarify what you expect from my services to ensure I meet your beauty goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the beauty and hair industry since I was in High School, working hair shows with brand names like Wella and Joico.
