- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't usually give pricing without looking at the project first. We want our pricing to be accurate for each job. No two electrical jobs are exactly the same and pricing can be wildly different depending on the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customer and exactly what the project is. Then go look at the project to give accurate pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a union trained electrician.
