- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the client. For some clients we work on a retainer or monthly fee basis. For other clients we work per project or hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by completing a needs assessment. What is the client looking to achieve? Who are the clients existing customers? What added value does the business offer that differentiates it from the competition. After this we work with the customer to create a plan of action. Once the plan is created we help the client implement the plan. Most important of all we help the client track the results. Tracking the results helps us see the return on investment for the client and improve the plan going forward.
