Our pricing is competitive and based on the size and complexity of the job. We offer free estimates for all services. For recurring services, we provide discounted rates based on contract length. We are transparent about costs and provide detailed invoices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Initial Contact: Customers reach out via phone, email, or our website to inquire about services. *Consultation & Estimate: We schedule a visit to assess the property and discuss the customer’s needs. A free estimate is provided. *Service Agreement: If the customer agrees, we finalize details, including scheduling and payment terms. *Execution: Our team completes the work as scheduled, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. *Follow-Up: We check in to ensure the customer is happy with the service and discuss ongoing maintenance if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over a decade of experience in landscaping and lawn care, including expertise gained through hands-on work in the industry. We continuously stay updated on landscaping best practices, safety protocols, and California’s new environmental regulations.
