At The Legal Hustle, we pride ourselves on simplifying the entire Estate Planning process! We have created an intake questionnaire that covers so many unique situations that most (if not all) families generally fit into. This initial questionnaire packet will cover so many different details about you and your loved ones so we can tailor the best possible plan for you with the outcome you desire most. Here's a timeline of how it works! Step 1: Contact us for a FREE 15 minute consultation to discuss your situation and needs. At that time, we will discuss your goals, go over what your options are, choose a plan together that works best for what you want to accomplish and begin our lifelong professional relationship! Step 2: Communications - We send you our Questionnaire Packet to complete! All we ask if that you complete it as detailed and thoroughly as possible. If you'd rather fill everything out together, we can schedule a meeting over Zoom or in-person. (ahhh, technology!) Step 3: Once we receive your completed packet of answers, we immediately get to work! Only 1 week later, you will receive your drafted documents to review and make last minute changes, if needed. Once we get your final approval, we prepare for your Signing Ceremony! Final Stage - SIGNING CEREMONY! (Optional) The Signing Ceremony is when we will execute the documents in front of 2 Witnesses and a Notary Public.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father ran a successful Law Firm while I was a child and through my adult years. It only seemed right that after graduating high school (a year early) that I find a career in the Legal World. So, I went to a 2-year community college in my hometown and completed the Paralegal Program and obtained my Paralegal Studies Certificate. In my last semester of college, I applied to be a Legal Transcriptionist and got my first job at a law firm. That was 20 years ago. I have worked in multiple areas of law, always helped out people I know and people they know. I root for the underdog and give EVERYONE a fair shot. I truly ENJOY what I do and see the difference it makes in people's lives and their families lives. Certified Paralegal with 20 years of experience!
