FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work in two ways. One, I like to work by project. I can give you a set and stable price on the project and a 6-month guarantee and recommend you the best material for long term results. Two, TM (Time and Material), this implies charging by hour depending on the job and each material that will be used for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I like to listen to their ideas and then give my ideas to reinforced the jobs ideas. I also see important to make a work plan, explaining the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of experience which is related to guardrails, handrails, fences (wooden and metal), gates, and guardrails with tension cables (stainless steel cables). I got my training at Laney College and the Union for Welders (Union Iron Workers).
