- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our technicians operate off a fixed price chart that is provided to them by our company. Our company leverages our purchasing power to provide our customers the best pricing in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon fielding a call for one of our customers, we schedule a on site visit to trouble shoot or inspect the job site, so that we can provide the customer with an ACCURATE quote. Quoting over the phone, site unseen, causes lots of issues, so we try to avoid that if at all possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician goes through a rigorous 4 year apprenticeship with a Senior Technician, where they have to demonstrate a certain level of craftsmanship and problem solving abilities before graduating to a full blow service and installation technician that is able to perform the work solo.
