My Prices are Negotiable and I offer discounts to first time customers and occasionally to all customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Outstanding Customer service is key to me. I always make sure my Customer is comfortable with my service by doing an amazing job. I follow up on the issue or incident and try to get a suitable date for resolution ASAP !!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience was gotten from learning on the job, I worked in a big enterprise environment - built my knowledge and Qualifications so that I can do my work effectively and efficiently.
