FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'd like to be as transparent as possible with customers. There are no gray areas especially when it comes to money. The main thing customers need to know is to base pricing off of the following: - labor -materials -demolition/ clean-up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with my customers on-site to provide a possible estimate. I want to understand the layout of the job and what they request, also establish good communication throughout the job and finish the job with what they had envisioned and more. If the customer(s) ask for a contract, I will always provide one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for every single day of my life, whether it was out at the farm or helping build a house with my father and uncles. The highest education I had was high school back in Tonga, however when I came into the U.S about 20 years ago, I worked hard to be able to run my own business with the very knowledge that was shared with me.
