Great work done. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Did a very professional job installing my backsplash. Hired 2 different companies before Garcia Tile and they could not do the job. Will be using Garcia tile for other jobs in the future.

Garcia is a professional Tile installation person. He did all of my kitchen floor and all of the bathrooms at my house. It turned out great. He started from begin to the end without any problem. The schedule was on time and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend to my friends, and coworkers to him. In the future, if I need to do another remodel of another house for the floor and the bathrooms, I would use him again.

We met with several contractors before selecting Victor to do not only tile work for a shower and bathroom floor but also some minor plumbing related to the shower remodel. Not only was Victor's quote very reasonable but he included things necessary to the job in the bid instead of itemizing them separately. He showed up on time throughout the job from giving the estimate to each day doing the work. He finished the job on time. He picked up the supplies and even ordered parts we didn't know we needed on our behalf. Probably the most important thing about working with Victor was we trusted him. Contractors work in your home and sometimes need to be there when you are not there as was the case with Victor. We fully trusted him being their on his own and that made all of the difference. Lastly, his work quality met our expectations. Although we are waiting on a glass door to be installed so we can fully use the shower, I let the water run for a little while and everything functioned the way is was supposed to. We are very pleased with how everything came out and how easy he was to work with. I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends who need tile work done.

I am so pleased with the job done by Mr. Garcia. He remolded my bathroom and did an amazing job! I'll attach before and after pictures. He put in a new tub, toilet, vanity sink and mirror as well as new porcelain floor tile and shower mosiac tile. I can't wait to hire him to remodel my kitchen. Excellent job and a definite rehire. I work with all my customers to NEGOTIATE the best price while still guaranteeing a job well done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon being contacted, I first like to get as many details as possible of what is to be done. Often, my customers like to meet in person which is preferable because I like to take exact measurements to assure that the quote is as fair as possible. Sometimes, if the customer has good details and/or photos I will discuss via phone/text/e-mail. Quotes are ALWAYS free with Garcia Tile & Stone. Once a quote is given, I am always open to answering as many additional questions as needed. I am negotiable and will always attempt to come to an agreement that ensures fairness, quality and satisfaction at 100%.
