My previous pool guy left my pool dark green with all leaves on the pool ground and told me I shouldn’t have high expectations in this kind of weather. I guess he was not able to fix my pool so he was tying to fool me. I couldn’t wait any longer , so I found Chris . See the pics before and after. My pool is happy and I am happy. I purchased a hot tub recently. While I did clean the filter and treat the water I couldn’t get my levels balance. I reached out to California Pool Experts. They came out the next day. Chris was amazing. Not only did he balance my water levels he educated me on my personal maintenance in between service. Service included drain and refilling. I’m so glad that I found them. I highly recommend them. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything.

I used Chris for a little over a year and for the most part he was great. Gave me a great price but in the last month, he went almost completely silent and I would only see him coming into my backyard from home surveillance. In the year there was no communication on schedules and he would come at random times. I noticed the same debris in my pool almost all summer and I have doubts that my chemicals were maintained. I finally had to terminate services because he left some unassembled pool equipment in my backyard leaning up against my bedroom window. After texting him and calling him and he still didn’t think enough of to save our working relationship to even dignify my attempts to communicate I ended things
