I can not speak more highly of Saida and Betal's work. They were on time, extremely polite and most importantly, thorough. I have had my house for 7 years with only some light cleaning, they made it look and feel brand new. My partner and I have 3 bed/2 bathroom home with 2 pets. Saida and Betal arrived within a minute of the scheduled time which I consider prompt. After brief introductions, I showed them the house and they got to work immediately. They started with the master bedroom, then split up their tasks to take on the home. We scheduled a deep cleaning and overall I’m very satisfied with the results. They were diligent with the dusting and tidying the bathrooms. I wish I prepped my office a bit more, since they didn’t tidy the office desks, so for future reference, I’d like to prep those areas a bit more to be throughly cleaned. I did order the laundry add on service, not sure of what that would entail but I don’t think I necessarily saw any laundry done. I would use their services again and would ask for clarification on what the laundry add on service includes.
