He was very prompt and responsive and came right away. He held solid to the quote that he gave me. I'm just very sad because the door was installed incorrectly and I have to have it redone which means I need to pay for someone else to come and do it. He was exceptional but didn't ask any questions and while he was very courteous and prompt I'm very disappointed with the work. I'm just sad because now I have to take it all down and do it all over again. I would highly recommend him though because he was very polite and responsive. I only wish he had said something when he noticed it didn't match up before he screwed it in permanently. He just didn't follow the directions in the manual and now I have to take my whole storm door down and have it reinstalled.
