We would highly, highly recommend Maks. He is very skilled and meticulous at what he does. We had Maks install wainscoting throughout the house and right from the first time we met him, it was clear that he was very knowledgeable about this type of project. He asked many questions that showed he knew what he was doing, and if we didn’t have the answers to his questions, he was happy to provide suggestions and feedback (which was super helpful). If you like someone who is very detail-oriented, then you will love Maks! He was very hard-working and trustworthy, and his communication was exceptional. He kept in touch with us every step of the way (start date, date the materials would arrive, daily updates about what had been completed and estimates for completion time, etc). He definitely made it clear that our happiness with the project was his priority and if there was anything we were unhappy with to let him know and he would modify it to our liking. We liked his work so much that we decided to add some casing to the doorway in one of the rooms during the project. Maks was able to draw up a picture of his idea for the casing, which was really impressive and matched the style of the wainscoting beautifully. The doorway turned out so beautiful and it’s one of our favorite parts of the project. I know Maks does much more than just wainscoting and trim, and when we decide to redo our bathrooms and/or kitchen Maks will be the first person we call. Definitely consider Maks/PrimeSpec for your project - we can’t recommend him highly enough!

Maks did a great job fixing the buckling wood siding on our 3 story house. He fixed the bad areas by replacing some boards and caulking around a window, and reinforced areas beginning to warp, and color-matched the paint. The worst area under a window looks like new. Would use Maks again.

Mak got out right away to look at our pergola that had been damaged with the past storms. Gave us a fair and competitive estimate and worked with us about what we wanted. They were thoughtful and considerate, cleaned up everything. The new pergola is up and we love it!
