FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have recently relocated to Sacramento from my home base of Los Angeles to help my mother because of Covid—19, as she falls in the high risk category. I have altered my rates in the Sacramento region to establish a local cliental. Rate - $120 hr/session per person (Sacramento) - $120 hr/session +$10 for travel over 50 Miles - Outside Sacramento or it’s neighboring cities $150 hr/session. (Covers session + expenses.) I do not mind going a little longer if the session requires it. Feel free to ask me about additional discounts for referrals, groups, virtual (facetime/zoom) sessions or any other questions you may have about the rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st session is usually a get to know each other session. I take a little more time to explain what and why we are doing certain workouts and what the benefits are and at the same time I am learning how your body works and responds to certain workouts and movements to see where you are at physically and mentally so we can figure what pace, reps etc is best for you to start at. I am a firm believer that the coach and athlete work together. I love communication. I will stress to always ask questions if you have them. I will never have someone do something I have never done or can’t explain. Reaching your goals should be a balance of working smarter, not harder and also having fun during the process.
