Rachel is such a great instructor! I am new to Yoga so I really appreciated that Rachel was able to explain everything really well and she moved at a pace that was perfect for me. I liked it so much, I can't wait until our next class! I don't have any photos to share, but I will say she set's up her camera in a way that makes it really easy to see and to follow her.
