- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is a breeze! During initial contact, we try to set up an in home consultation to make sure we are estimating your project properly. This allows for better communication. After the consultation, we will send you a proposal to either accept or deny. Once accepted, we will then schedule your installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a C-7 Low Voltage License awarded by CSLB, along with an ACE license for security systems. This allows us to install and service all types of low voltage electrical systems such as home theater and surveillance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off installing security systems for ADT. I worked there for a few years and expanded my skills set with Time Warner. All the experience and relationships I’ve built over the years have helped create Next Level AV. We specialize in home theater and home automation. We pride ourselves in our craftsmanship and attention to detail.
