Jenny tutored me a few times helping me prepare for my midterm exam, before I met her I was pretty much lost and didn't know where to start. She went through everything I was unsure of and made sure I understood before we moved on. She is punctual, polite and a great math tutor. Jenny is tutoring my son in math and biology. My son attends a college prep high school. She has been very flexible with the schedule and really wants him to "understand" the material. Although it has only been two sessions thus far my child is excited to learn and he understands the material. She arrives on time , confirms the day of and is very professional. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everybody learns differently. It is important to get to know each student and their learning technique in order to help them improve their grades. I create my lessons based on how the student learns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor degree in Biology with over ten years of experience in tutoring. Currently in grad school to pursue Master's degree in Psychology. Past work includes working for a non-profit organization named "Homework House".
