Elizabeth did an amazing job i cannot thank you guys enough!!! so happy with results of their deep cleaning! i called them on Sunday and she went quickly at my house the next day!!!! she responded in timely manner, and i would definitely be calling them again next time Elizabeth did great job in my Bathroom and Kitchen, very clean and smells good too

I wasn’t going to leave a review, “because I felt bad” but I paid for a service and was very dissatisfied with it. I asked Eli to come to my house and give me a quote for a “ deep cleaning service” I let her know I use to also clean houses in the past and know what it entails and that I would pick up everything for her, ready to clean. I text her and let her know she didn’t need to do the laundry room and my room as I’m working on them. (I was still paying for what I was quoted) she insisted on doing my master bathroom which I agreed. Everything was “clean” but I’ll leave some pictures here to judge for yourself. I think the part that really upset me is that I let her know about the floors and she said “oh you mean in the hall way? my helper and I must be blind” I let her know it wasn’t just the hallway it was the whole house. She missed so many things. Im just disappointed because I need the help as a full-time worker/and student as well as a mom of two toddlers. I was also not going to argue with her, but her blaming her “helper” as a business owner she should know to check everything and make sure it’s well done, and instead she said “ if you would have specified the things that need to be done I would have done them” I can’t tell someone how to do their job I paid for a DEEP CLEANING. She also said my house is a big house, but she was the one giving the quote. I don’t many items that need dusting in any of the rooms or living room. But to pay $350!? And to still clean up after you paid someone doesn’t feel right. Which is why I’m leaving the review.
