- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing I would argue, it is a fair market value. Price is not just the subject to services, but you get a leader in the market with knowledge and experience to ensure your day-to-day needs are met. Or just tired of seeing so many wires and going for wire management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Clients, we do a rough estimate over the phone and with a video/pictures they are able to provide remotely. This helps keep the cost down for you since it is saving everyone time. After I asses what you are in the market for, we can customize a plan for you and keep your project within your budget and your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in telecommunications and getting a network to function properly as well as being able to run wires through drop ceilings and warehouse style businesses.
