- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is as follows. Introduce myself with a phone call and send two forms of ways to communicate via text or email whichever the new customer prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Universal EPA Certified Since 1993 -Currently work with a Real Estate Company where I oversee the maintenance of multi million dollar homes from Orange County to San Diego County. -Worked as a Maintenance Director with a Senior Living Facility Assisted Living & Memory Care - Worked as a Senior Service Manager with a well known residential management company for about 20 years where we completed annual training & certifications.
