I highly recommend Mario and would look to him again if the situation arose. Very glad I hired him to take care of my rodent issue. Mario communicates exceptionally, provides great value, and has excellent skill and experience. He identified my problem and educated me patiently on the situation. He was practical and efficient. He didn’t try to suggest work that wasn’t necessary and didn’t used scare tactics, like so many other companies do. Was very courteous and coordinated with my tenants. He was thorough and persistent. Went up into the attic, the roof, exteriors, everything. Sealed things off. Set traps. Removed caught rodents and droppings. Cleaned, sanitized, deodorized. He did what he said he was going to do. He was on time and clean. Everything I could ask for in a job well done. I’m very please and would refer to others. Keep up the great work, Mario!

Mario did a great job explaining to us the process and the steps he would take to eliminate a few rats that were living under our house. He responded right away, was punctual each time he had to come back to check the traps, he took the time to really listen and acknowledge our concerns. Mario is a courteous and polite young man, I highly recommend him.
