Have experience on tile roofs as well. Materials used are long lasting, and have aesthetics in mind when doing any repairs. This is my passion as far as pest control services go. I do have a wide knowledge on dealing with household pests of all sorts. My goal is to solve your problems, and give honest feedback about any given situation. Mario was the first to respond to my request. He was punctual for the estimate and also for the actual work. He thoroughly rodent proofed my house professionally. He even did some extra screening on the roof without adding to the estimate. After leaving three baited traps in the house and three in the crawl space underneath he came back two weeks later to remove the dead rats and remove the traps. He left three set traps in the crawl space in case there were more rats down there. I hate that I had to kill living creatures but I had no choice. I was very happy with Mario’s work and professionalism and feel confident that I won’t have any further issues with rodents. Thank you, Mario.
