- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum $100 for a small service call of 1 hour of work or less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with meeting up with the customer and asking as many questions as deemed necessary for completing the task. Then I offer my suggestions to solve and/or install the electrical equipment, followed by my prices and estimated time for completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently in my 4th year of a 5 year program at the Electrical Training Institute in the City of Commerce.
