What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $200 for the first 2 hours of on-site / check-in service, and $75 per hour after the first 2 hours. For remote services, we charge $75 per hour. We do not charge mileage fees, check-in/processing fees, or charge on a per device basis.
