- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $200 for the first 2 hours of on-site service, and $75 per hour after the first 2 hours. For remote services, we charge $75 per hour. We do not charge mileage fees, check-in/processing fees, pick up or delivery fees during regular hours. The only additional fees that we do charge are for afterhours/weekend appointments, and for emergency appointments scheduled with less than 12 hours notice. Afterhours/weekend/holiday fees start at $50 per appointment, and emergency fees start at $100. These fees can increase based on severity and availability. In the event that a device needs to be checked in for lab service, or extended diagnostics, any remaining on-site time would be rolled over towards repair time, and all laboratory diagnostic time is included for free on an unlimited basis.
