Yours Truly Catering started organically from a passion and hobby of mine and has quickly grown into a catering and private chef company. I love offering a wide range of cooking options for you so that you can enjoy my meals in the way that is best for you and your guests. Each menu can be customized. Chef Amanda was amazing! She was very sweet and personable. She made sure that everything was nice, clean and presentable. It was my 40th birthday. I almost forgot about the candles for my birthday cake so I went to the store last minute and looked for one but they only have number “0” candle. I still went ahead and bought it just so I have something to blow lol but when Chef Amanda learned that, she stopped everything that she was doing and went above and beyond! She called her husband to bring the “Happy birthday” candles they have at home and met with him to pick up those candles! She wanted to make sure that I have the right candles! Sweetest and kindest gesture ever. The food was excellent as well! God bless you more and more Chef Amanda!

We had Amanda cater a large family dinner for us. The food was delicious and we had leftovers which we were able to enjoy as well. She was sensitive to the fact that one of our group had some food allergies. She was very professional and yet it felt like she was part of the family.
