Introduction

Yours Truly Catering started organically from a passion and hobby of mine and has quickly grown into a catering and private chef company. I love offering a wide range of cooking options for you so that you can enjoy my meals in the way that is best for you and your guests. Each menu can be customized. A big goal of my cooking is to shop local and support our community. When I buy local produce and meat, the quality really shines through. I cannot wait to share my love of cooking with you.

Chef Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, friendly, and very helpful in planning the menu and experience for my wife’s birthday celebration. I appreciated how easy she made the entire experience for our group of 6. After wine tasting for the day, Amanda had appetizers ready and dinner going. There wasn’t a single moment where anyone was waiting or asking for anything. The food was delicious and the timing of every course of the meal was perfect! I highly recommend Chef Amanda. She’s fun, very skilled, and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Amanda!

Chef Amanda was amazing! She was very sweet and personable. She made sure that everything was nice, clean and presentable. It was my 40th birthday. I almost forgot about the candles for my birthday cake so I went to the store last minute and looked for one but they only have number “0” candle. I still went ahead and bought it just so I have something to blow lol but when Chef Amanda learned that, she stopped everything that she was doing and went above and beyond! She called her husband to bring the “Happy birthday” candles they have at home and met with him to pick up those candles! She wanted to make sure that I have the right candles! Sweetest and kindest gesture ever. The food was excellent as well! God bless you more and more Chef Amanda!

Amanda cooked an absolutely amazing NYE dinner for me and my family in Lake Tahoe. Amanda worked with me to plan a lovely 5 course meal that exceeded so far beyond my expectations. From the gorgeous presentation of the food, to the fresh ingredients, to the perfectly cooked prime rib, to the stunning way she set the table with topped with the gorgeous flowers she brought, we cannot recommend Amanda enough! She’s also incredibly professional, kind, and upbeat. I can’t wait to use Amanda again for my next occasion!

Amanda was lovely to work with. She helped us create a menu that everyone who came to my mother in law's 80th bday was happy with. She made three separate, full meals and they were all AMAZING! She was fun to have in the house cooking and it was a truly unique event that my mother in law will cherish forever. For me, it was a dream not to be in the kitchen all day. Amanda not only cooked all the amazing food but cleaned up as well. I would not hesitate to hire her again.
