Be more selective in who you refer out! PoloXpress gave such poor service that I am taking them to small claims court! The truck was so small, instead of 1 trip as promised it turned out to be 3 and they left so much behind I had to pay friends to use their truck.

Extremely punctual. Arrived at pickup destination 15 minutes early. Made the hassle of moving such a flawless and easy task. Highly recommend and will only be using them going forward for any move I may need

We recently moved to our new apartment on 04/09 and we decided instead of renting a U-Haul for our bulk items, we wanted to hire movers. It was super last minute the day of moving, so I tried to contact PoloXpress LLC Business because I saw the price was lower than other movers (which usually require 3hr minimum + gas) and they only require 2hr minimum (we didn’t have that much bulky items for a 3hr schedule). They responded right away and we were able to schedule a time for them to arrive. They arrived in an hr and they got to work. They were super nice and gentle with our furniture and also wrapped all the items. When we got to our new apartment they wanted to place all our furniture where we wanted it but we didn’t want them to do all that so we said we can do it ourselves. I would recommend hiring them and I would definitely get them again in the future! Thank you guys so much!!
